How to Date a Douchebag The Learning Hours

By: Sara Ney

He's not a douchebag; but that doesn't stop his friends from turning him into one.

MY FRIENDS WANT ME TO GET LAID>

So much so that they plastered my ugly mug all over campus, in bold print letter;

Are you the lucky lady who's going to break our roommate's cherry? Him: socially awkward man with average-sized penis looking for willing sexual partner. You: must have a pulse. He will reciprakate with oral. Text him at: 555-254-5551

The morons can't even spell. And the texts I've been recieveing are what wet dreams are made of. But I'm not like these douchebags, no matter how hard they try to turn me into one.

THIS ISN"T THE KIND OF ATTENTION I WANT.

One text stands out from hundreds. One number I can't bring myself to block. She seems different. Hotter, even in black and white.

However, after seeing her in person, I know she's not the girl for me. But my friends won't let up--they just don't get it. Douchebags or not, there's one thing they'll never understand: GIRLS DON'T WANT ME.

Especially her.

Five Stars

Rhett has never had a girlfriend before and has always focused on wrestling. He knows he is not the most attractive guy, and is constantly watching his teammates win over girls left and right. Rhett doesn’t even know how to go about getting his own girl. It isn’t until his friends intervene by playing a prank on him that he truly begins to open himself up to a girl. Will Rhett learn the ropes of dating or will his lack of dating knowledge blow up in his face?

Rhett Rabideaux…all the heart eyes!! This guy is amazing! His naïve personality and gentle soul are the perfect combination. He is very insecure, but uses French to help him overcome his fears. I loved how he would say the things that he was uncomfortable saying in French before he voiced them in English.

Laurel knows she is beautiful and is always willing to use that knowledge to her advantage. She came off as self-absorbed at first, but throughout the book, Laurel began to grow on me. Just because she is gorgeous, doesn’t mean she didn’t have a few insecurities herself.

I was so excited reading this book because most books are written where the guy is portrayed as being confident and a player while the girl is naïve and innocent. It was nice seeing the roles reversed for a change.

Each one of the Douchebag books leave me wanting more! I absolutely cannot wait to read The Coaching Hours! Who will the lucky douchebag be this time? Rex? Elliot? Eric? Someone new?
