Five Stars

You can never go wrong with a LJ Shen book. She sucks you into these worlds and makes it where you do not ever want to leave.

 Jude is one of my favorite heroines. She is so strong and independent while being open, honest, and genuinely friendly with everyone. She is always taking care of others and making sure they feel truly loved. I also envy her collections of chucks.

 Celian is an a**hole to everyone. He doesn't care who he hurts as long as he gets his dream of becoming a news powerhouse. He knows he cannot ever be happy because he doesn't have a heart so why try to make others happy.

 I loved that Celian and Jude were not looking for love. They both thought that love was out of the cards for them. This is a romance that sprung up out of no where and smacked each character in the face. The moment each character realized what was really happening was some of my favorite scenes. Their relationship was scorching hot and had some fan your face moments.

 If you haven't read this book or any of LJ Shen's books, you are truly missing out. Her writing is truly phenomenal.
